Gas tanks

We present a dome elastic gas tank recuperator (GRUK) of constant pressure and variable volume. Grouts are simply necessary on the territory of oil depots, OR, oil loading terminals, CRS and other facilities for the storage and distribution of light petroleum products to reduce gasoline losses by 95% with small and large tank breathing.

The shell of the polymer elastic gas tank is made of two cushion-shaped shells: an internal sealed one made of polymer films and an external power one made of synthetic textile composite materials with a polymer coating. The composite material of the outer shell provides mechanical strength and chemical stability of the product during operation, as well as its resistance to solar radiation, ozone and precipitation. The shell of the tank is assembled from separate sheets of composite material by heat-welded method. The cloths are fastened with the help of side, end and longitudinal seams.

On each elastic tank there is a gas outlet-a branch pipe for connection through a flexible sleeve to the gas equalization system of the tank farm.

To install elastic gas tanks-recuperators, a flexible duct collector is connected to the ends of the gas equalization strapping of the tank farm trunk, which ensures the connection of elastic gas tanks with the gas equalization system.
